🍂The end and the begining, this is the season of the witches and of the spirits🍂

🍁MABON: THE EQUINOX OF AUTUMN 🍁

🍁Divinity: Mabon, Madron, Persephone, Demeter
🍁Herbs: Calendulaq, sunflower, hibiscus, rose petals, myrrh
🍁Stones: Amber, rock crystal, tiger’s eye, citrine
🍁Candles: Brown, burgundy or purple
🍁Incense: Hibiscus, myrrh, rose petals, sage
🍁Ritual foods: Wheat, fruit and vegetables predominate, especially maize. Corn bread, beans and baked schiacciata.

🍁During the Autumn Equinox, the sun crosses the celestial equator and, again in the course of the year, day and night are equivalent. The sun descends into the Hadprojects

h

e darkness begins to prevail over the Light.

🍁The druids called the Alban Elued Autumnal Equinox, “Water Light”, where water represents the cosmic ocean in which the Sun plunges, descending into the depths that become ever more obscure, like the days to come. It is a moment of transition, where the barrier between the visible and the invisible world becomes thinner.
🍁Alban Elved is the moment when the sun god begins to decline to make room for female lunar deities. The productive and reproductive cycle is over, the leaves start to turn yellow and the animals start to make provisions in anticipation of the arrival of the cold months.
The mystery of eternal life is celebrated. The Sun becomes the seed that will sustain life through the darkness of the winter months, the latest crops given by the generosity of the Goddess.

🍁The Goddess of the seasons reaches the age of old age, just as the night begins to lengthen and the days get shorter again. We can feel it in the freshness of the air and in the brightness of the Moon. Demeter makes her daughter to the underworld: Persephone has descended into the land of Hecate and Demeter stops all growth until her return. This is therefore the time to cry and rejoice, as we face the darkness and look back on the year we have just experienced. It is time to reflect on the goals achieved and on the aspects of life that we must overcome to grow. As Persephone has to separate from the world and from her mother to obtain the teachings of Hecate, each of us must face the mystery of our own life.

🍁During the period of the Equinox, the rites of Mithra were celebrated, lord of the cosmos and mediator between divinity and human beings, just as the axis of the equinoxes is intermediary between the two phases of the year. Mithra was often depicted in the middle of two torch bearers, one with the torch raised to symbolize the Spring Equinox and the other with the torch lowered to indicate the Autumn Equinox. Later the functions of Mithra were assumed by the archangel Michael, whose feast, together with that of the other two archangels Gabriel and Raphael occurs on 29 September. The equinoctial period of autumn, in the Anglo-Saxon countries, is in fact called Michaelmas.

🍁September is the period in which the Great Mysteries of Eleusis took place. The Eleusinian rituals, based on the symbolism of wheat, celebrated the myth of Demeter and his daughter Persephone. The initiates were presented with an ear of wheat accompanied by the words “in the silence the seed of wisdom is obtained”. In the myth, Persephone was captured by Hades, God of the Underworld. His mother Demeter, Goddess of the Wheat, was so desperate that she refused to make the earth flourish and bear fruit. The ground became bare and winter was born.

🍁According to the Celts, Mabon was the god of vegetation and crops, and son of Modron, the Mother Goddess. It is said that he was kidnapped and imprisoned, then freed by King Arthur. His abduction is’ the equivalent of Persephone

🍁One of the symbols of Mabon is wine. Dionysus, who according to some myths was born of Persephone and Hades, is the god of the vine and of intoxication. The process of making wine was so mysterious for the ancients that it was considered sacred, in fact the grapes were always accompanied by rituals throughout the harvest. The transformation from grapes into wine represented the spiritual transformation, perhaps linked to the fermentation that started from the dark and then came to light, ready. Furthermore, let us remember that wine led to an altered state of consciousness.

🍁The symbol of Mabon is the Doll of the Wheat, formed by the last spikes collected and tied with a red thread, buried in the fields for propitiatory purposes. Sometimes it was called “Girl of Ivy”, because ivy is a plant that stays green all winter and is the symbol of life that continues to grow in spiral.

🍁The sacred plant of the Autumn Equinox is wild blackberry. It is said that blackberries should not be eaten after the end of September, because “the devil spoils them”. This saying probably goes back to the fact that all that was not collected at the end of the season was an offer to the Earth to propitiate the following year.
In addition, wild blackberry is a substitute for the vine according to the Nordic countries. In fact we talk about an ancient arboreal calendar, according to Robert Graves, where there is the month of the vine, then that of the ivy, both plants of the rebirth. 🍁The swan is the animal of the Equinox, symbol of the immortality of the soul and guide of the dead in the afterlife. 🍁To sum up:
√ Invite your friends, sharing with them seasonal fruits and wine, leaving a part to the Earth as an offer
√ Decorate the table with leaves and walnuts
√ Thank the Earth by lighting a blue candle, the color of the cosmic ocean in which the sun sets
√ Do meditation and relax
√ Complete your projects

The Crystal ball

The crystal ball or crystal ball is used to be able to see into a person’s past and future. It can be in rock crystal or artificial crystals. It can be full or hollow. This tool is used in crystallomancy.

It seems that the sphere for divination has become popular since the early Middle Ages. Many spheres were found in the tombs of King other important people. The frames similar to those of other magical objects, suggested that it was used to predict the future. It was in 1582 that the first direct testimony of a British occultist arrived who said he had received the sphere from an angel and used it to contact the angelic kingdom. Today this sphere is in the British Museum. Initially these spheres were made of beryllium, later in hyaline quartz or glass because they were transparent.

symbols:

The sphere or circle has a powerful symbolism. It is the principle, the center, God. It represents both male and female power because, on one side it is a symbol of the sun, on the other of water. It is the symbol of infinity. When it has a dot inside it represents the sun and gold. It represents time, immortality. According to Jung, it is the symbol of the Self and the totality of the psyche. In Hinduism it is the wheel of life

Use it for:

🔮Meditation: helps you relax and get better into yourself
🔮Protective: the sphere also acts as a protector. For example, you can place one in your room or kitchen to keep negative influences from your home. Otherwise you can use small spheres to hold around your neck, whose energy envelops you, gives you tranquility and protection.
🔮 To work on the aura: in crystal therapy you can use the crystal ball to work on the aura. It highlights the shadow areas, the parts that need intervention.
🔮To work on the chakras: based on the color of the stone, you can work on the corresponding chakra to unlock it.

The Magick

Today we will talk about the “real” magic

What do you mean by magic?
Magick is a science above all, a science even complete; she explains the scientific principles of chemistry, that is, explains how the electrons and protons attract each other, or the various chemical reactions, namely:
Through the various energies found in nature or otherwise on our planet and in the universe!

And what are the energies?
Energies are everywhere, like atoms, so all things have their own energy, we too; and together all these energies support the universe as we know it

So magick is the science of energies, but how do you move?
Simple, with the use of various tools such as crystals or various herbs that have their own energy, but above all, we explain better:
The witch through meditations and her peace, both inner and mental, manages to monopolize her energy; In fact, she uses her energy to move others, helped by instruments and various objects naturally, or only her inner strength. Naturally the witch succeeds in all this only after having learned to move her vital energy, studying and practicing through many mediations.

Another reason is related to prayer and the theory of the universe, this theory explains that if you ask for something and you ardently desire then the universe can give it to you, in short, through prayer, or rather, by force of will you can make small spells, or rather, ritmagickMagick is neither Good nor Bad, and consequently has no color; but why do we continue to classify it with colors?
Simple, because we use it to make different rituals, spells, etc … and to differentiate from the various uses we use colored candles for the purpose that we do; different the candle than the ritual we do. Therefore we classify the magic in various colors to understand how we are operating; of course, however, as reiterated before, the magic has no color!

~The magik is inside of us. Every man and baby woman is born with magik. Although in life the greatest spell and life itself. Life is magik and we must never let anyone take it away.~

The Witchcraft

Many will wonder, what is witchcraft? Is it a religion? Is it like in Harry Potter? But does it exist? Obviously the answer is yes, it exists, but it is not a religion, let alone it is not the magic of Harry Potter or other.

But let’s see what witchcraft is then ….

Witchcraft is a practice used initially by priests / priestesses, duridi or shamans to connect to the so-called Gods, but nowadays sorcery is nothing but a practice to move the various energies (energies that constitute everything, maybe we would see him later). But witchcraft does not move objects, no, this is non-witchcraft, witchcraft is an art we say, the art of using energy for its own purposes, there are many types of traditions related to witchcraft, from Wicca (a religion). neopagana) to voodoo for example, but there are many others and to say them all one post would not be enough, but the important thing is to understand that witchcraft has nothing to do with Harry Potter or the devil, on the contrary, far from it, the witchcraft is a practice not a religion.

So what are witches?

Witches (both male and female) are those who practice witchcraft (of course), are not just wicca, pagans or Satanists, everyone can be a witch, not a witch, you become a student with years of study, even if to me they like to say that witches are already such when they understand that this is the right path for them. Witches are not admirers of the devil, and they do not have special powers, witches work with energy, enough, without satan or otherwise, they are just ordinary people who have embarked on a spiritual path, witches can all be, from student to lawyer , in short, everyone can be.

How can I become a witch?

A tip also, do not start immediately with too powerful stuff (like necromancy) and start studying smaller things, and so to climb. Obviously this is an advice, you have to feel it yourself. That said hello and see you soon!

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
